Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
